Changes as a Result of Covid-19 and the Urgency to Be Wise in all Decision Making!

First, we have scaled back to one weekend. We will be cancelling the first weekend (September 10-12th) and focusing all of our efforts on the second weekend (September 17-19). There are many factors that played into this decision (budget, volunteers, etc).  We will also be limiting the capacity of that weekend and closing registration at 300 women so we can observe proper social distancing.

Secondly, we will be closely monitoring the situation and will make a final decision regarding moving forward on July 31st.
